Le Gîte d'Anglès
Layed out in the traditional languedocien farmhouse of Château d'Anglès, the Gîte d'Anglès is taking you in the wonderful environement, at the heart of the nature conservation area, natural park of the Massif de La Clape.

The Gîte d'Anglès is a wide flat of a hundred square meters, with three bedrooms, for 6 to 8 people.

Living room of 50 m2 with the unassailable view on the Mediterranean.

Kitchen equipped with electric household appliances (micro-wave and traditional ovens, dish-washer, etc.)

The environement and activities
Château d'Anglès : the estate is 80 ha (200 acres) big, with a hundred acres (40 ha) of garrigue (mediterranean bush), as much of vines, and 3 ha (10 acres) of Alep pine forest. The nearest neighbours are a half mile away (800 m), it's another estate. 300 days of sunshine a year, 14°C (57°F) average temperature, and, above all, perfect calm even in summer high season.

The Massif de La Clape : nature conservation area with endemic flora, you can go for a walk, a bike ride, climbing... You can visit the chasm of l'Œeil Doux, Les Auzines site, and do a lot more activities in this enchanted environment.

The beach: 3 mn by car, 10 mn biking... sun, fine sand and the Mediterranean are waiting for you.

Shopping and Restaurants : Saint-Pierre la Mer is 2 km (1,2 miles) away, Narbonne or Béziers à 20 km (12 miles).

More activities: Poney-club, water slide, circus, quad, karting, summer animation, and more activities along the coast at 10 or 15 mn by car.

2 january - 27 march: 540€ per week
27 march - 26 june: 690€ per week
26 june - 31st july: 990€ per week
31st july - 14 august : 1200€ per week

28 august - 13 november: 690€ per week
13 november - 1st january 2011: 540€ per week

Week-End/Bank Holidays:
Two/three/four days short stay: between 150 and 300€, please contact us.

Bed sheets renting: single bed 8€, double bed 12€
Bath towel: 7€ per new set per person
Housekeeping: 50€ per cleaning

A week starts on saturday at 4 PM and terminates on the next saturday at 10 AM.
A week-end can only be booked between 5 january and 28 june and between 30 august and 27 december.
Effective booking when payment of 25% of total renting is received. Deposit of 200€.
